TotalBackup lets a network administrator back up any number of client DOSor Windows PCs from a central point, the Syntax LMserver (LAN serversoftware for UNIX). LMserver provides file, terminal, peripheral, anddistributed processing services to DOS, OS/2 and UNIX workstations.TotalBackup's menu-driven interface lets PC users specify wan entire harddrive (or more) to be backed up. Backup selections to particulardirectories and file specifications can be limited. Incremental backupsare performed or the user elects to have the DOS Archive attributecleared on backed up files. TotalBackup restores files, collectively orselectively. It also includes security features.
